A quick eye catching Halloween dinner with Farfalle

A quick eye catching Halloween dinner with Farfalle

This is about as quick a dinner as your going to get because it's all in the plating:

  • 1 x Spooky Farfalle
  • 1 x Slow cooked tomato sauce
  • Fresh oregano leaves
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Remove the small leaves from several fresh oregano stems and place them on a paper towel or plate ready to be added to the plate.

Cook the pasta as instructions and as it cooks warm through the tomato sauce in a skillet. When both are ready, remove the pasta shapes from the water and add to a separate bowl and add a tablespoon of olive oil gentle move around the bowl making sure the pasta is lightly coated in the oil (this is to make sure the pasta doesn't stick to each other).

Take a spoon full of the sauce and place it in the centre of the plate until you have a nice center piece for the pasta to be layered on.

Then, add the pasta using a fork and lay it out overlapping so it's spread out but you can still see the sauce.

Finally add the oregano leaves to garnish.
