One of my favorite uses for Red Pesto is as a base on avocado toast.
- Toast your favorite slice, and drizzle lightly with olive oil.
- Add a generous spoonful of Red Pesto and smooth over the toast.
- Slice or mash your avocado and layer it on top of the Red Pesto.
- Sprinkle with your fave seasoning. Here, I've used Hemp seeds and Zhug: Nutty and Spicy.
