Less of a recipe, this one, and more of a plating idea.
Not all of our products need to be used as a full meal. I wanted Plant Dazzler products to be versatile meal options that could be used for multiple occasions. Here, I've taken 3 pieces of our new Pap Cap (Paprika Cappellacci) and added a small spoon of the Alfonso sauce. I've garnished it with some fennel fronds (whispy bits you get on a fennel bulb) et Voila!! A really pretty and quick to make Amuse or Appetizer
