Vegan filled Cappelletti served with pumpkin seed vegan pesto and fresh herbs

Triple Herb Cappelletti with Pesto and Fresh Basil

This is a quick and simple app for a dinner party. The tip is to not overload the bowl for an app and to have small, dainty, basil leaves, that don't hide the pasta.

  • 1 x Portion of Triple herb Cappelletti (available through The Third Place) (around 25 pieces so you can split between 3 or 4 people for a small app)
  • 1 x jar Pumpkin Seed Pesto
  • Basil leaves
  • Red pepper flakes

Remove the basil leaves from the plant / stem and place on a plate read for garnish

Cook the pasta as instructions and warm through the pesto.

Add the pasta to the pesto and gentle coat it with the sauce. 

Add to your serving plate / bowl and sprinkle a few red pepper flakes on it along with some salt and pepper.

Carefully arrange the bail leaves onto the pasta pieces so you have a random yet intentional arrangement,
