Vegan Cavatelli pasta served with a vegan mushroom ragu sauce

Wholewheat Cavatelli with Magu (Mushroom Ragu)

This is as easy as it comes..... These two products are a marriage made in heaven (or at the least in a kitchen)

  • 2 x 6oz Pasta of your choice (in this case wholewheat Cavatelli)
  • 1 x 8oz Jar of Magu Sauce
  • 1 x Handful of Arugula
  • Salt + Pepper to taste

Serves 2

Start to boil the salted water for the pasta. Add the sauce to a skillet and gently warm through. When the water is at a rolling boil, add the pasta and turn down the heat slightly. Cook for +/- 4mins until the pasta is cooked and then using a slotted spoon or strainer, add the pasta to the sauce.

Add the arugula and gently stir through. Plate and eat. Simple
