For 30+ years I worked in the fashion industry developing and producing apparel products.

Four years ago I decided to pivot from fashion to food and landed in the Plant Based world. I started and later stopped a CPG brand, Plant Dazzler, and earned a finalist callout at the Good Food Awards with my vegan fresh pasta.

These days you can find me, by day at Rize Up Bakery, and by night and weekends in my kitchen, tinkering with veggies, grains, and herbs, to make delicious food that happens to be plant based.
